Spray it, don't say it!

My thanks (and those of the city!) are due to a local resident who complained to me that weeds on the pavements and roads near him were getting out of control. I raised a query to find out what was going on and it transpired that the Council contractors hadn't been doing the regular work that they were supposed to do due to a 'communication problem'. So the area around the local resident has now been been sprayed with weedkiller and the Council is now making sure that the contractor catches up on the rest of city!
